ÇAMLICA-1 HEPP

Çamlıca-1 Hydroelectric Power Plant was built on the Zamantı river, one of the main branches of the Seyhan River, at a distance of 150 km from Kayseri province and 42 km from Yahyalı district. It has a total installed power of 84 MW with its 3 generators, each of which is 28 MW, and its annual generation capacity is foreseen as 429 million kWh.

Located in the Seyhan Basin, Çamlıca-1 Hydroelectric Power Plant was started to be built in 1995 as a BOT (YİD) project. The power plant, which was put into operation in December 1998, was transferred to our company on 12.12.2013. The electromechanical equipment of the river type power plant was supplied by the ABB-Sulzer consortium as a turnkey. Ability to work fully automatically without personnel is available and can be viewed remotely.
